Hi there,

Welcome to the depression forum. I am glad that you have joined us.

It just sounds like you need to get your priorities straight. Decide what is most important to you and work on that. It might be good to just get away for a while if you can financially do that. A little rest from things really does help us and helps us to put things into perspective.

Do you go to any counseling? That would be a place to start to organize your thoughts and get your life together.

I hope that you can get things situated and move on with your life. I was always one to let things just happen, but some of us like to be go getters. That might be you. I don't know.

Best wishes,

Hugs, karen

seeing your dr. is a good idea. esp for referals to a therapist. having some guidance in defining your needs and wants with a therapist will give you some ideas on how to effectively go about this. many healings. jamie. all the best.
