Grief is a different kind of animal. We all go through it differently. Remember that, and know that there is no time limit on it. Embrace this, allow yourself to be sad and let it run it's course. There is no right and no wrong here. You might want to check out grief counseling. It can really help, you will also meet others going through the same thing.
Either way, know that here we will support you. Share our experiences. When my first husband died, it took me two months of crying to get over it. But I allowed myself to cry and be depressed. That made it so much easier. And crying is so cleansing. And remember you always have the good memories.
With this being said, I hope that your day gets better. Always remember that we are all here for you.
