um... never really posted on anything like this before.

things just haven't gone smoothly all year.

It all started on new years eve, while i was at work trying to bust my ass to save my job.... i freakin dropped my phone in a tub of water and broke it. Now I know what your thinking...no big deal right? Its just a phone. Yeah your right....just a phone. That night, went to a party, had a blah time. Nothing great. The next day I went and saw some friends, had a good time, lost my wallet and had it returned to me with 100 bucks missing and my credit cards gone. This is Sunday of this week. I had to drive my car cross town on sunday morning to pick up my wallet... after I picked it up I pulled into a fast food restuarunt to get some food and my car slid on some ice and went straight into a curb. Jacked up the alignment and some other crap is bad too. Next day I was late to work (I'm a delivery driver) and I missed one of my stops. This is Monday of this week. Tuesday I get called into my bosses office and got fired. Needless to say....this year sucks. On top of that... I took my car back to the dealership today and they are threating to go to the law despite the fact that they sold me a piece of crap car to begin with. When I got home from taking my car back, i find a manila envelope for me from some Law Firm summoning me to court because of some debt that I didn't take care of 5 years ago....

I'm at the end of my rope here.... Nothing good has happened this year at all. I'm a good guy, I help people out when they need a friend. I was a youth leader for 7 years of my life.... I don't deserve this stuff. Do I?

Hi Empty soul,

I am so sorry for your string of bad luck. But things will get better. I think often when we start off on a bad foot at the beginning of the year, that the rest of the year will be good, it kind of has to be. Take each thing one day at a time and hopefully things will be better. Remember you can always come here to vent. We are here for you.

Hugs, Karen
