I am so glad that you have posted. I hope that you can find some interests outside of the home to make you feel better. I hope that you find a church that you will like to attend.
Coming here is a good thing. Everybody is so understanding and compassionate. Have you thought about counseling? That has really helped me. I have been going for years and it is my lifeline. I hope that you consider it.
Try going out for walks too. I find I see people on walks, have short conversations and usually feel better. I take my dogs out too so that is good for them.
I hope that you start to feel better soon.
