i think having a chat with your dr. would be a good start. from what i have read it seems like that you have some aviodance coping measures that are inhibiting your health. there are plenty of things that you can do, and or focus on that can be helpful; ie
meditation, walking, painting, writing is extremely cathartic, getting stuff out of your head and onto paper is very healing also. because you have a mixture of things happening i feel that getting the appropriate specialist help will be extremely helpful to your mental and physical health. i know depression sucks, we all live with it, i hope to that you can alike all of us manage it better. tis hard work, albeit when you can pls seek some assistance. maybe your mental health team can provide some assistance and referal for you. in the meantime know that we care, and know that we are here for you. you have been brave in posting, keep being brave. with healing compassion, jamie
