Making a very long story short...hit by truck 6 yrs ago; left for dead on side of the road...MD who saw me initially missed pelvic factures which have caused pelvic tilt...this MD in jail for and recovery could take 2 yrs most of which in body cast...not sure it will solve anything and out of the question...was a dancer, pilot, volleyball player...can't walk, get dressed without agony, stc...have been 82 providers of all kinds...have perk, oxy, soma, etc. which do not work and put me to sleep for days..allergic to Lyrica, and this class of meds...pain so severe that much time alone spent crying...not a depressive type but cannot adjust to pain and limitations..on meds (Lexapro) and tx..massage not want to live like this anymore, but will not harm I live on motrin and true grit...btw, I support about 15 ppl on and off on my salary so I trudge on...J

Hi Whitestone,

Boy it sounds like you have been through the wringer. I feel for you. Why do you support so many people? Is it just family, or friends? You are a wonderful person. Always remember that.

Welcome to HealingWell. I am so glad that you posted. Now we can get to know you better. There are many caring and compassionate people here who really do understand.

I hope that you get to feeling better soon. Take it slow, tread lightly, but keep moving forward. We are all here for you.

Hugs, Karen

HI WHITESTONE, jamie here, male 37.
you have been through a lot. sorry about what happened. pain sucks, i have pain, albeit i always recognise that others are doing it tougher than me, and today you are. i sense a fighting spirit, and i can somewhat appreciate that it is taking a massive toll on you. keep fightin'. please know that we are here for you, and know that we care. life can be a real rotten egg at times-but even though we cop some massive curve balls it still rolls on. obviously a lot of physical therapy awaits, and more pain- i get this. just remember that you are a precious person and good times will once again happen. my healing prayers i send. with compassion, jamie.
