Well here we go, I have been out of the military for 3 years now. I was diagnosed with ptsd and some anxiety disorder. Ever since i left the military, i cant seem to get a break. I go from 1 job to another, i have been going to school to become a paramedic. I cant get into the paramedic program due to the small sizes. I just got laid off my job today, and to top it off i wreck my girlfriends car on the way home from getting dinner tonight. Never been in a wreck before, have had 1 ticket in my life and now i cant afford to fix her car. I just dont know what to do anymore. I feel so stressed and dont know what to do. I cant get a break from anything. My car broke down last month, bought a truck with my tax return and i cant drive it yet because i cant afford to insure it. I dont know what to do anymore. PLEASE help

hi cj. jamie here. male 37.
first welcome 2 the forum. second are you receiving counselling? if not it is something i strongly recommend. anxiety and ptsd is a lot. sounds like your mind is overloaded-hence things happening. hoping you feel better soon, need to reduce some emotional weight. with compassion, jamie.

Hi there,

It sure sounds like a lot has been going on lately, but things happen in life that we have no control over. I too recommend counseling especially for the ptsd. But life too is full of little events that throw us off. You will learn to cope with this. And better things are sure to come.

I hope taht you are having a good day today. Keep posting and know that we are here for you.

Hugs, Karen
