This forum has so many great people... I hope it continues on and on.

I was told a quote yesterday "Happiness isn't at the end of the road, Happiness IS the road"

You can't concentrate on the past... and I think that is what gets my mind into trouble sometimes. I sit down and think about the people in my past.

I think that the best thing anyone can do is just try to live in the present moment.. plan for the future but don't get stuck thinking about whats going to happen.

Now here or your nowhere ..

I believe strongly that everything happens for a reason. I got through some things and it has just made me a stronger and better person. I seek help when I need it instead of dealing with it by myself, and forums like this are a very big form of support. I am just so glad that you all have searched for people and not just deal with stuff on your own.
I think that there are so many brave people, and so many thoughtful and helpful people on here.

I just found this forum yesterday and was just so happy to see people that don't judge for someones issues..... everyone should feel safe here, because it is a great place.

cheers for that. what is good is that we all come from different parts of the world, from different walks, from different beleifs and faiths, from different up-bringings, from different experiences, from different schools, trades, from different work experiences, from different life experiences, but 1 thing remains same, and that is..........we understand, and we care. and because of the above our compassionate care in always being reinforced by not judging and via being compassionate. take care. to all on this forum i send healing compassionate thoughts your way. jamie
