Wasn't sure where else to post this. In my struggles with depression and social anxiety, I have found a great book. It has really helped me to change my thinking, become more relaxed and optimistic- especially on the difficult days.

I have found that the info and plan for mind-body relaxation has been great. At the end of each session, I feel more calm, and optimistic. Also, with the help of cognitive therapy, I have a much easier time focusing on the positives throughout my day, as well as being less anxious.
