Hi white Soul,
It takes a lot of work to lose weight.  But you are off the zoloft right?  How long?  It does take time so be patient.  Plus the slower that you lose it, the longer it stays off.  So don't give up on this.  I have been trying to lose weight too.  It has been a battle.  I am gradually going down.  But then go back and forth for a while.
Try walking, it really helps and by walking we firm up our stomach muscles which all of us like.  Start out slow and then work your way up.  Proper diet is important.  Carbs in morning but not in later part of day.  Some of us shouldn't have carbs at all.  Have you talked to a dietition?  That would really help.  They teach you a different way to look at food and give you life style changes because that is what it is all about.
I wish you luck with this, please keep posting.
Hugs, Karen
