Hi Kenuubear,
Welcome to the depression forum.  First of all I have to let you know that we can't go into discussions of suicide or illegal drugs.   So I may have to edit your post.  But I see the problem and I hope that we can help you.
I am glad that you are feeling somewhat better but worried that you are going to fall back into depression by not taking your medications.  I would get to the bottom of the nausea too.  You shouldn't be feeling this way all of the time.  Talk to your doctor about it.
I hope that you feel better by venting.  This is a good place to be albe to do that.  Writing things down often helps us.  Know that everybody here cares about you.
Take care, keep posting.
Hugs, Karen

Well...I can relate. Just know you're not alone. and I've heard that typing/writing is an outlet to help you get rid of some of your anxious/nervous feelings and depressive thoughts. I just joined so I'm hoping it helps too. I've been told to focus on the good in your life. I recently enrolled back in school and am feeling completely nervous about it, but hey, we should be proud that were re-enrolled and it's a fresh start. and... if we fail, we fail. theres no punishment, just might not be our path ya know. keep your head up and know that there is help. you just need to see the good in your life. what things make you happy? do more of them!

Hi, my heart is with you! I go through that to, the crying, fits of depression. It is truely horrible! You take care of yourself and dont give up ok!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know its hard, extremely hard to deal with all that anxiety/pressure/depression! I have a niece who has severe anxiety and she goes to collage, the only way she gets through it is taking klonapen & Lamactil! Her mom passed away over 3 years ago, she had stepped out in front of a train, TWICE and the 2nd time killed her! So, my niece lives with all this quilt because she couldn't save her mom! Mental health issues can be serious as you can see! To this day i cant believe her mom is gone forever! Well, take care and i hope things work out for you!!!!!!!! I truely do!!! ByBy
