hi, jamie here. male 37. can you tell us a bit of what you are experiencing? a really positive step is to have a chat with your dr. your dr can make an assessment of your condition and can plan some positive steps to helping you combat this. other medical factors might be at play also, thus it is good to rule out these. writing down your feelings, behaviours and experiences will greatly aide your dr in indentifying any key elements and or triggers, and he/she can then make purposeful recommendations. if caught early depression can be managed much better. you have been brave in posting, keep being brave and consult your dr. jamie
