Siobhan is right, this is coming more common. I agree with Jamie too. Talk to your doc.

Best wishes,

tongue  Thanks guys am feeling a bit better today.I think the problem was a great holiday then coming back to the cause of my depression.I have worked on my family's farms with my parents for twenty five years and we are now having to sell the farms to pay my parents gambling debts,so my wife and i will be having to move and i will be without a job.My parents dont believe they have a gambling problem even though i have tried to talk to them about it.I have no qualifications or training as i left school after year10 to work on the farms. My brother no longer talks to my parents becuse of their gambling.I own a quarter share in one of our farms but that is not enough to buy a new house and my parents are playing games over whether they will help us when the farms are sold. They are selfish and controlling people who have taken advantage of me for years and i feel trapped by them.

This happend to me big time after our family went on the best vacation ever, to Florida. It took some time, but I did ok. I bought a calendar of the places we visited. That seemed to help for some reason.
