i'm just beginning this journey.i just wanted to talk with other people that might feel the way i do.but sharing is hard.

you know, i was going to write about what set me to tears but really these days most things do.

i feel very alone.

It took me a long time to ever admit I was depressed or even needed help. I am very afraid of exposing anything about myslef or how I feel because I don't want to be rejectd. The great thing about this community is konwing there are great people here who can relate to my experiences and feelings. Share what you are comfortable with and as time goes on the trust will increase and you will be able to let more out. Sending all the postive thoughts wyour way. Good luck and I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
