I am so sorry that no one was here to help and talk to . If you need to/want to please email me if you want to talk. I check that more often. I believe that it is in my info. If it happens, maybe writing down, blogging how you feel. Just trying to get it out may take the edge off to get you out of the funk. I want to help you.
Try and keep your head up. Keep a journal about your ups and downs and 2 weeks from now, you may look back and try to see what got you out of the darkness.
