Try taking life one day at a time. We are always going to have people asking how we are doing and we are going to say fine, because we don't want to get into a discussion about
our depression. And that is okay. Look for the simple little pleasures in life and enjoy them. It could really help your day to go better. Try some meditation, it is a way of feeling better that comes strictly from within. You have the power. You will find the strength. Keep posting and let us know how things are going.
