I have been taking effexor for the past four weeks now and I was getting better ...until today that there was a major weather change and it's windy and cold outside... I feel so sleepy and fatigued...I am afraid that this depression will not go away...

Don't let this discourage you. Often when the weather is like this, we don't feel so good. I think a lot of it has to do with days getting shorter and not as much sun. Talk to your doctor about taking vitamin D3 during the winter. It helps me a lot. I take 2000iu a day. But needed more than that when I first found out my D3 was low. Remember not every day is going to be perfect. And there will be more good days to come. Keep posting and know that we care about you.

I am happy for you. We lost our sun today and it got cloudy and rainy. Suppose to snow tonight, boo hoo. Not looking forward to that.
