Hello Beth;

I am sorry to hear that someone would say a car crash is a good thing! Please get in a good thearpy group and talk with people who are dealing with the same things that you are going through. Suicide is not your only option, getting on the right meds and talking in thearpy will help you so much! I have had those horrible thoughts myself years ago,but now i would never resort to doing this. I hope you can find the help you need please reach out to someone to help you get back on track!!

I am here to listen hope you feel better soon!

Hi MissBeth,

I am sorry that I had to edit your post but we aren't allowed to discuss suicide on this forum.  Though I know others do know what you are talking about.  In the Depression Resources there are some resources for suicide prevention.  Numbers to call and sites.  Here is one of them.

I hope that you talk to somebody if you are feeling suicidal.  Get help now.  Call your doctor or er.  Or your local crisis center.

I hope that you feel better about things soon.  Know that this is a good place to come when you feel desperate.  Or when you feel good.  We have a wonderful caring community here.

Keep posting.

Hugs, Karen

Hugs back.

Keep posting as we are all here for you. Let us know how you are doing when you can. I hope that the site helped you. It is a place where you can talk openly about your issues. Please do get counseling too. It really helps to have that extra support.

Take care...

Hugs, Karen

You can call that hotline whenever you want, you don't have to be on the brink of suicide, just thinking suicidal. Check it out. Their purpose for being there is to listen, understand, comfort. They're on your side.
Too bad you've had the misfortune of being bullied, and for so long. Here you can vent, and find support and encouragement.
Please continue to post.
People are here for you and care.

Cutting is not a good topic for here. You gotta get a grip on that, its so destructive and doesn't really feel that much better afterwards.
Think of something else to do that you will feel better, or at least keep you from getting more depressed. Go visit someone, take a walk, go to a movie, just get out of your room, your house.
When you were sooo bad recently, were you seeking revenge against your Dad for arguing with you and now not talking? Cuz you aren't hurting him, you're hurting you.
And you are very special, have a whole big future ahead of you, and need to get better not worse.
I think you should go to your school counselor on Mon. Say you have a difficult situation that is getting the best of you. Where can I go for some heavy duty free counseling for adolescents. Do it while its free, the older you get the financial aspect gets difficult.
I hope that the texting has helped. But remember about the phone, you can just hang up at any time. They aren't going to hurt you or turn you away.

Some additional sites for you to check out:
Suicidal.com (includes Suicide Crisis Center and Depression and Suicide)
SuicidalTeens.com

Another great resource by S.A.F.E (self abuse finally ends) Alternatives
www.selfinjury.com/index.html

I think you will get more help there.

Thinking of you,
Sandy

Thankyou for your reply *hugs*
No i wasn't really seeking revenge, he always stops talking to me because he is stupid, it happens so much now that im used to it, but he knows what im going through at the moment so i don't undertstand why he would do this now, he just makes me feel worse and i don't need that right now.
I can go to my school counsellor on Friday, she knows a lot already, i may go to my teacher too because i've been thinking about staying away from home for a while, and i will see what she says about it.
I have a therapist, but i don't really trust her at the moment, she isn't confidential so its hard for me to talk to her, i can't really tell her much because she will pass it on..

Thankyou again xxxx

Don't know what you mean, the therapist isn't confidential, I can only think that she will tell authorities if you are suicidal for your own safety. Other than that ? ? ?
If you don't like her, find someone else, if she says she can't discuss certain subjects like cutting maybe it is because she is uncomfortable about it personally, and doesn't know what to say for some unknown reason. Get another therapist.
Check out those sites so you don't forget.
Its nice you have somewhere to go. Make sure you aren't running away from your problems because that doesn't work. A few days away is nice tho.
wishing you well !
