Hi .....
It's been quite sometime that I have posted.... Have been caught up with a few things here and there. I thought I was doing fine,turns out I was just avoiding the reality living in a dreamworld.
My college has started,I dropped a year so a class full of new people. It's very lonely I'm not a very outgoing person and i get nervous around people. I wasnt like this before. Dunno what's wrong now ?!?!
My doctors said I suffer from panic attacks and I should try remaining calm. It's not easy. Of late I have realised I get them even if I get an unknown no. Calls on my phone,or when someone behaves nice with me I get panic..... Get scared of peoples intensions.
I'm practically passing each day in fear.
I miss my ex,would be a year to our break up coming 24th.... Still he lives in every sad and happy moment of mine. It's too late and a lot of time has passed he loves someone else and I'm with someone too, still his memories our memories haunt me.
At the end I'm lonely and sad and unable to make friends Caz I'm scared of them.
My parents don't allow me to see a counsellor and my bf supports them. I feel like breaking up with him he doesn't make life any better but I'm unable to.....

why don't they allow you to see a councilor, if you don't mind my asking? that would be the most beneficial thing for you at this point.

You are 20, right? Why don't you just go ahead and make an appointment and go. You know that you need to. They will help you through the panic attacks. We also have a wonderful Anxiety and Panic forum hon. You might want to ask a few questions over there. Kitt is the moderator and she is wonderful and the members are wonderful too. So when you are feeling bad or an attack is coming on, check it out. I do know that one of the best things to do is focus on your breathing. It centers your energy and takes your mind off of your fears. Learn meditation if you can. It is wonderful to relax with.
