Lately a lot of members have been talking about wanting to be able to focus better.  I ran up on this article and thought you all might want to read it.

Thanks Karen - this article lines up with my belief that "staying in the moment" and not letting my mind wander to the "what ifs?" work well.
 
I find reading, cooking,  playing with my dog and not letting my mind wander into dangerous territory helps me so much.
 
What a nice Christmas present you have given us.

When i cant focus, i ride my horse called Skye or draw pictures or write novels. Its been hard recently but I still try :-)

What about everybody else?

Yes walking is another good one because its a form of exercise that releases serotonin 'feel good factor' during it and it makes you feel better about yourself. Keep up with it Jamie. Go steady with the pain though.
