Hi, im new here. a 18 year old girl. confused as, who knows. very confused.
i dont rele know what i am doing, and i dont rele know how to talk about whats going on inside my head.
its difficult you know?
I'm sick of all the crying, the pain, the confusion. not being able to think straight, the irritability.
i hate that im set of by the simplest things. just anything can set me off.
Crying until my eyes burn, and nose hurts, and the floor is surrounded with kleenex.
Its hard to explain. but i can try.
For now, im goin to leave it at this.

So bye for now. feel free to post, or message me or whatever.

It sounds to me like it is time for a doctor's visit. They can give you something to make you feel better, or advise you to counseling which helps a lot. You don't have to feel sad all the time, there is help out there. Keep posting, and know that we care.

Thanks to all.
i have been to the doctor. he gave me a type of anti depressents. 20mg of cipralex every day.
They were not working. and i was on them from May till now. i am just about done getting off them. in about a week.
I was also speaking to a counsellor and was about to see a psychatriast, the mood disorder doctors (i cant spell the word). but i quit the college i was at to go to a different one in September for a different course as i didnt like the one i was at. But since i quit i am not able to speak to the counsellor there and i dont know if i can find a free counsellor as i dont have much money right now.
It is really hard to deal with and im sure you all understand that.
i went to bed with a wicked headache, took two advil liquid jell in about 1 hour and woke up with the headache still here. it sucks.
Thanks to you alll again.

Are you going to try another med? You might to talk to the doctor about a mood stabilizer added. Don't give up. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right medication for you. We have all gone through that. Very slim chances at the first medication working for you. Be patient. Many mental health facilities have a sliding scale, meaning that they charge by what you earn. If your earnings are low, they charge little or nothing to see somebody. Mental health issues are getting massive, so there is usually options. Try going to the Department of Human Services and see if you are eligible for any help. You really need some, and you sound young enough to get this under control and lead a happy life. There is no need for you to be unhappy. Let's get this under control now before you struggle any farther.

Best wishes to you.

It really is frustrating when you are down and cry at the drop of a hat. Half the time I don't know why I am crying. But sometimes it is good just to let the emotions out. So think of it as a release. And don't beat yourself up for doing it. But maybe a book about depression would help you. There are a couple of sites that might help you too.

You will have to copy them. I am on the quick reply and they don't turn blue when I post from here. I don't know why. But both of these sites are free. So check them out.

Yeah it is frustrating, and thats the same for me. i just start crying and i dont know why. little things trigger it and i never know what causes it. i hate that. i also dont like crying it doesnt do ne thing for me except make my eyes burn and make me sleep longer the next day.
Thank you for the sites i will check them out.

:)
