Hello and welcome. Did you do well when you were going to therapy ? Sometimes we just get tired of going to therapy and feel we can handle the world without help. If even the thought of tackling your depression seems overwhelming, don’t panic. Feeling helpless and hopeless is a symptom of depression—not the reality of your situation.
I would kindly suggest talking with your Dr. and perhaps getting back to therapy before you let the feelings of depression take over completely.
