Hi there,
I ve been off anti depressants for 3 months now and not been to therapy since last feb but now starting to feel low already! Don't know whether to go back to therapy or start taking the tablets again. Maybe I should ignore it and get on with it!

Hello and welcome.  Did you do well when you were going to therapy ?  Sometimes we just get tired of going to therapy and feel we can handle the world without help.  If even the thought of tackling your depression seems overwhelming, don’t panic. Feeling helpless and hopeless is a symptom of depression—not the reality of your situation.

I would kindly suggest talking with your Dr. and perhaps getting back to therapy  before you let the feelings of depression take over completely.

We are here to help and support you so keep on talking with us.

Kindly,
Kitt

I think Kitt is right, it sounds like you are catching this early in the scheme of things. Do go to the doc, or see your therapist. I hope that you feel better soon.

Hugs, Karen

Hi LP11,

I think you should re-start your therapy and meds right away. See your GP asap so that you can get the support you need before your depression gets worse. We are here for you. Be strong.
