okay...I touched a girl inappropriately (I'm a guy), and now she hates me, and I hate me, and I feel horrible about it, and I need help. I told her how horrible I feel and how incredibly awful I feel about it all. I don't know what to do. This is killing me inside!

Somebody, please help!

ok first of all I think you need to talk to a counselor and see what they have to say and obviously if she said no and you didn't stop you could be in trouble I would need to know more to help any further

She was asleep. I don't have access to a counselor.

This could be curiosity, or it could be a problem, but either way, you invaded her space and privacy and I wouldn't blame her for being upset with you. Depending on how good of a friend she is.

Do get help with a counselor. Go over this to make sure that this isn't going to be something that you would do again.

I hope that you can work things out.

Oh believe me, I would never even think of doing it again! This is horrible! I'm horrible! But I did learn how horrible I was, I was sick before this, I understand how bad it is, and I have changed.

OK, lets take a step back here. Yes you shouldn't have done that. But thats over, it can't be changed. Whats important here is where you go from here. It seems that you do understand that what you did was wrong and it was a big step to admit it to the person. And its obvious that she would be upset with you for abusing her trust. Thats done and over too.

I do think that this is something that needs to be talked through with some type of professional. Weather it is a school councilor or therapist or whatever. It would help to know your age. Calling yourself sick and horrible isn't going to help you through this situation. There is no use beating yourself up at this point, what you should do is put that energy toward making sure that this or something similar does not happen again.

Can't sugar coat it, something like that has consequences. If a "friend" ever did that to me, I'd be more than upset with them. Like Geo said, it's behind you. At this point all you can do is check yourself so that it doesn't happen again. No advice for how to get her to stop being upset with you since she's reacting very reasonably..
