I agree with Jamie. Couples counseling and maybe even some individual counseling. Tell yourself that if he is cheating, so be it, you love him anyway. Then the thoughts will stop coming. That is what i did with my first husband. And then I wasn't as suspicious. Jealousy is really the green eyed monster. It can really take a toll on us. So try not to be that way. Tell yourself you don't care. It really does help. Kind of a mind game on yourself.
I highly recommend one on one counseling for you. It will take these fears away and you wont be so dependant on another person. You want to be strong for yourself.
