It really does help to put your words down. It kind of completes things so that you can look at the whole picture. And that is therpeudic in itself.
We can talk about
pretty much anything other than suicide or any type of self harm. I think it will do you good to talk about
it and you can get other peoples experiences and advice to work with. We all have our own journey, but there are a lot of similarities within us. The basic symptoms of depression. Feeling down, in a dark tunnel, being fatigued, and sometimes even pain. Feeling worthless. We have all been there. So we know how it feels and what you go through.
