Good Morning. Sometimes I get the post trip blues as I looked forward to the trip so long and now it is over. Try to remember the memories you made and that you will be making more memories in the future.
I agree that moving may be a really good thing for you and if it does not work out you can always change your mind.
Fatigue is different from being tired or sleepy, although you may experience all of these at the same time. Fatigue occurs when you lack energy and have limited or no motivation. Regular exercise energizes you. Exercise can increase your mood and get your blood flowing to provide you with the energy you need to avoid fatigue. Start out slow and take it at your own speed but to try to get some exercise in at least 5 days per week.
Now I need to take my own advice.
