I am getting ready to go to the airport to go to see my daughter and I have never felt so all alone and scared.  The whole trip is  causing me so severe upset that I can not keep anything down.

I know that this should be a happy time but when you are all alone it is very scary.  I am actually sitting here in tears.  Oh well.  This has been something that is really pushing my depression to a whole new level and I hate it!!

Please pray for me.  I will talk to you soon.

I think honestly once you see your daughter and the excitement part is over that your nerves will calm down. How long has it been since you saw her last? Has it been awhile? Maybe that has something to do with it.

I hope that you and your daughter have a nice visit. How old is she? I am very excited for you and hope that all goes well.

Take care, keep us posted.

Hugs, Karen

Hi everyone~
Got back from Georgia yesterday and my visit did go ok.  Relationships were mended and I do have a sense of calmness somewhat.  The worst part of my trip honestly was the Atlanta Airport.  WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

I am feeling ok still depressed and tired.

Did anticipation of the plane ride contribute to your anxiousness? My girlfriend recently traveled by plane to and from Nevada. She was so unnerved about the intricate details and incessant planning of the trip that she worked herself into a tizzy. Glad to hear you mended relationships that needed mending.

Actually, the plane ride itself was great.  I had a great seat both trips, by a window and noone wanting to talk the whole trip.  I like to be antisocial when I fly. The people alone were quite mean and I didnt understand that I had to "travel" all over the place to get from point A to point B.  It was exhausting and I wont do it again alone if I have anything to say about it.

Just really would have liked to have someone there to share a little bit of happiness I had I guess.

I am going to try to put some of the pics on my facebook soon.

So glad that you had a good plane ride Teresa. I myself have never flown. Too scared now to try. But someday I might have to. You never know.

I hope that you are feeling better.

Take care,

Sometimes we get headaches when our blood sugar drops if we haven't eaten enough. Did you eat breakfast? I had a headache the day before yesterday and I think it was from not eating. Sometimes I get sinus headaches and stress headaches. But not often. I hope that you feel better soon.

Good Morning.  Sometimes I get the post trip blues as I looked forward to the trip so long and now it is over.  Try to  remember the memories you made and that you will be making more memories in the future.
I agree that moving may be a really good thing for you and if it does not work out you can always change your mind.

Fatigue is different from being tired or sleepy, although you may experience all of these at the same time. Fatigue occurs when you lack energy and have limited or no motivation.  Regular exercise energizes you. Exercise can increase your mood and get your blood flowing to provide you with the energy you need to avoid fatigue. Start out slow and take it at your own speed but to try to get some exercise in at least 5 days per week.

Now I need to take my own advice.  :-)

Kindly,
Kitt
