i keep busy when i want to sleep. maybe have a list of
things that you can do as a deterant. sometimes we
need the sleep, other times it is the symptomology of
depression. i push myself hard, thus i tend to sleep better at
night, if i do actually sleep, but i try hard and on most occassions
i will get some zzz at night. hard for me as i live with
bi-polar affective disorder t1. so i am very manic.
my suggestion is to try and push through the wanting
to sleep phase during the day, you will feel better the next day-
as all of our healing is done at night. i wish you well.
