Hi there Suff,

We will help make this easier for you. We can ask you questions. But first of all, I want to welcome you to the Depression forum. I hope that you like it here. Some people do and some don't. And if you aren't comfortable, that is okay to. No harm done.

What is your present situation? Are you single, married? Are you happy? Do you take meds and go to counseling? Both of which really help.

Depression is not easy. It is like a dark cloud hanging over us and the sun never seems to shine. We all have dealt with it. And it takes work to get through to get better. The weather doesn't help because this is one of the hardest times of the year. The days are short, though they are getting longer. Hopefully soon we will hear some spring birds coming through. That is always a good sign.

Write whatever you feel like (within rules) and let us know what is bothering you.

Keep posting and know that we all care. It is kind of slow on the weekends so don't get bummed if there aren't a lot of replies, there will be during the week.

Hugs, Karen
