Im glad you've found us, but i'm also sorry you've had to.
I also have a fear of being on my own, i hate it. im constantly looking at the clock and if my hubby is late back, we end up in an argument because of my insecurity. I have borderline personality disorder, which can cause fears of being abandoned.
It deffinetly sounds like you need to see a gp, because i would say you're depressed. I tent to put on weight when my depression is bad, because i eat more, but alot of people don't feel like eating and lose alot of weight.
I really hope you go to a gp, before it gets too bad that you can't seem to shift it (that has happened to me).
I hope you keep us up to date on whats going on and try and keep your chin up, you're not alone.
I am a 23yo woman from the UK, my husband is my main carer.
