Hello and welcome,

Tough situation but it does sound like your friend and his sister have some issues that need to be addressed by the authorities as being attacked physically is against the law.

I can see why this bullying is upsetting both your friend and his sister.  By being a good friend to him you will be supporting him and letting him know you care.

If he needs a therapist or physician you may recommend it but he must make the final decision.

I wish you all the best.

Kindly,
Kitt

thank you they are getting in contact with the police but i was wondering if there is any thing i could do to prove to his parents that when something happens its not always his fault because that annoys me that he gets the blame for other peoples actions

It is sad to hear his parents are blaming him for the trouble going on.  The best thing you can do is to stand by him and be his friend as I am sure this is a tough time for him.  Being a friend helps someone not feel alone which happens when people don't believe in you.

You are a good friend.

Kindly,
Kitt
