i have been through paranoia, i am 38 and live with many mental illnesses. it is really important that you seek some psychiatric guidance, otherwise this will manifest and you may be hospitalised. pls, pls, see your doctor. a referal to a psychiatrist will help you get stable. you may be given medication, this really puts a dint into the paranoia. if you feel unsafe, hurting yourself or others and if the paranoia is taking over then pls attend your nearest hospital asap.
if you are experiencing voices then do what i use to do and tell them to buzz of because your busy. if it is continous then tell them harshly to.................you know what!! pls get in touch with your local mental health team. they have many treatment options that will aide you greatly. also they can assess you as well.
with treatment and support it does get better. keep strong, don't beleive the paranoid ideas or thoughts, they DO NOT exist ok. with compassion, jamie
hoping this helps.
