You sound exhausted, are your children in school? Can you get some sleep while they are away today? I can relate to putting your kids first but you are no good to them or anyone if you do not take care of yourself. Are you seeing a Dr? Can you call and get something to help you sleep? I used to have horrible insommnia problems until I quit drinking caffeine, since then I do not have sleep issues and anxiety is also better, not great, but better. Take the time today to see what you can do to get yourself feeling better now. Then when you are better rested, everything else will not seem so heavy and looming.
