Hi all, I must share with you about a treatment called Traumatic Incident Reduction (see www.tir.org)   10 years ago I was depressed with panic attacks & anxiety. Over a year, about once a month, I did TIR & I can honestly say that I benefit every single day from what I learned. I was so impressed that I trained in it & use the technique on family & friends.  I have never been depressed since & never had a panic attack or anxiety! It is truly amazing & I managed to change the way I think!  Check it out, save up & give it a go. You can't lose anything except some money! :)
