cry  i get so confused about how I feel sometimes.  I can be ok for awhile, the it hits me and I cry. I do want to give up - not by ssuicide - but gosh it is hard to go to work each day.

People don't understand how much it takes out of me to be out in public working.  I can't carry on a conversation, let alone say good morning,

Practice saying good morning. It helps. Just to smile at somebody and have them smile back. I know it is hard, but it will become easier. It sounds like you are depressed. Are you seeing anybody for counseling? It really helps.

Post more about your situation if you would like to. Getting things down makes us feel better. On paper or here. Just seeing the words helps. I understand your fatigue. It can go along with depression. It takes a lot of work, but I feel you are up for the challenge.

Keep posting,

Slug, I think we can all relate to that feeling. I tried an experiment at work one day, I was feeling really out of sorts, just wanted to stay in the bed. Went into work and absolutely faked being happy and in a good mood all day. After a few hours of this, I actually started feeling better and people around me were responding to me in a more positive way. The positive "vibes" were contagious. Not saying this will always work, but what have you got to lose. Don't give up on yourself or beat yourself up so much about things. Find what does make you happy and feel well. Easier said than done sometimes, but not impossible.

Hope today finds you feeling better.

I do the same thing. And it works, especially at work. And it is contagious. You wouldn't believe the people that I can make smile. It is easy, even grouchy people. That is always a challange for me. But I like being happy, so I am. It wasn't always easy, but I learned as I got older how to control my moods. A lot of self help books and counseling. But it works. It is just hard to find that right vibe within ourselves. I don't know if that is the right word. Having trouble finding words today. Goes with the flow of things.

Take care all,

Hugs, Karen
