I am so sorry, but we aren't allowed to discuss self harm on this forum.  Here is a site that may be of some help to you.
I don't know if it will be of help or not, but try it.  In the meantime, I think it is very important that you see a psychiatrist or a psychologist and get some help with this.  It is hard to fight alone.

i know life gets hard and it seems to get rid of yourself is the best option, think of your baby though, that should help keep yourself here, they need you and their life wont be the same without you. are you on any medications jess? and are you seeing anyone at the moment. here if you need to talk about anything

Hi Jessika22,

I want to welcome you to the forum, but I have to say I am very concerned for you right now. Do talk to somebody about getting some help with this. It is so hard to fight it alone.

We aren't allowed to discuss self harm on this forum, so I had to edit your post, but we can talk about other things that might be an issue for you. I hope that coming here helps you. I posted a site on your post, but I will post it again incase you missed it.

I hope that this helps you. Keep posting and know that everybody here cares about you very much. Take care. Let us know how you are doing.

Hugs, Karen

is there a particular reason why you're depressed? If so address it the best you can, do your best and sleep soundly at night because of it

and if there is no reason, it could be a nutrient deficiency? try getting some B vitamins and vitamin D and see if that helps lol

Yes, you have an excellant reason to take good care of yourself. You, and your child. There are many avenues of help out there, start with a check up, see if you can clean up your diet, exercise, re direct your thinking, anything that will make you feel better. When we feel physically well, the mind tends to follow and vica versa.

I hope you can start making the effort to be well, it is work, but you are so worth it!
