Lowrider,

Give it time. And in the meantime you will notice subtle changes in how you feel. Nothing good comes easy. As they say. And good things come to those who wait. Where am I coming up with this stuff??? But it is true. As we struggle, we are becoming better. It may not feel that way at the time. Our sturggles give us character which you will see as you get older. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it does make us who we are. Keep trying, never give up. You will get better, stick with us and we will help you get there.

Take care,

Hugs, Karen

Hey lowrider, i know the feelings you are going through right now, its very frustrating. But please stick with it, its not something that suddenly changes overnight it takes works and time. For me i really didn't notice much until i looked back on how i felt before the therapy and where i am now, its a gradual change and those are the hardest to notice, but these things really do help. Keep us posted and keep posting for motivation
