I recently experienced a traumatizing event that led to my diagnosis of D.I.D. I have had it my whole life pretty much although I do not understand it. I am looking to meet someone with a similar or the same personality disorder that would like to chat about the changes they are experiencing from time to time. I guess I'm really just looking for a good friend that can relate. Any takers?

What exactly is D.I.D.? I've been diagnosed with a few things lol One of them was dissociative disorder or depersonlization. Not quite sure what D.I.D. is. Hang in there though, there's always someone else out there who can relate, you'd be surprised.

hi surrounded. done some research.

disassociative identity disorder is a psychiatric disorder that describes an abnormal condition in which a person displays multiple or distinct (strong) indentities or personalities. these being your alter ego. (egos) hoping this helps. with much compassion, jamie taken from wikepedia, mental health.
