Hi Amz. Welcome to Healing Well. Sounds like you have great advice already. I think some exercise (even if it is just walking), listening to music and keeping your hands busy are great ideas. The key is to keep your mind and/and or body occupied. Also, try to eat right and get a decent amount of rest. I know when I haven't slept my moods and depression are that much harder to handle.
