I can not eat out at all anymore. I have got my diet down to whole foods, mostly organic fruits and vegies, seeds, vegetable juices etc. Even getting a salad out makes me so sick I just can not do it. Thankfully my husband who loves my cooking, does not care to go out to eat and we are saving money as well. He does not adhere to my diet but is eating better as a result. Caffeine was obviously a big issue for me, I never even realized it.
Thank You IG. It is hard sometimes to find like minded people in this area of wellness. I know old habits are hard to break, but if it makes you healthier and feel better, it is definitly worth the work.
