Jamiee, please go to thefreelibrary.com
When the search pane comes up click "author" and then type in
Ruth Whalen.  Look for her work called "The Townsend Letter" to obtain the information she wrote about schizophrenia, Parkinson's, etc.   I tried to pull up a second url but the site indicates that there is a flaw in the video on that subject.

The gist of it is that she corrected a problem with harmful metabolized products by using Niacin 500 mg daily.

For bipolar information regarding cure, see niacinbipolar.com  (It's
going to come up in the program DoctorYourself.com  Again, schizophrenia is reported to have been cured with high does of niacin, confirming Ruth Whalen's report.   Partly, the gist of that article is that some psychotic patients suffer from a cerebral allergy which niacin
seems to correct.  There are other very important facts there, too, that may interest bipolar patients.  (It's too long to copy here, Jamiee.)

Another factor that is expressed in "The Townsend Letter" is the role
of stress as a strong factor in  exacerbation of symptoms in schizophrenia.

I hope it is of some interest to you or your doctors.

Her article is too long for me to post  here, but I am going to post her
facts regarding depression this afternoon or tonight once I've organized them.

Hope the winter weather isn't getting to you.

Take care.
