Have you ever tried meditation? It really does calm the mind. You should practice it. If you surf the web, you will find ways of meditation. I think it would help you. Also take it one day at a time. Focus on what you are doing instead of worrying about what is to come. This comes with practice too, but you need to give your mind a rest. A lot of people over think. But you have control of your thinking and with practice that too will come.
