Hello, I'm new here and i need help. I just need some help with doctors. I don't have insurance and I'm not diagnosed with anything. I'm a hypochondriac first of all so anything i think i have means nothing to me but i really think i have problems. Is there a free mental health clinic online that i can get diagnosed through?? I'm an INTP and very introverted so I'm really scared to ask for help! I know that i push everyone away from me. My daughters mom just left me because of it. Now i cant see my daughter everyday i cant sleep and when i do i have nightmares. I feel like the guy from "The Machinist". I don't want to wake up like that one day and say "what happened to my life?". I don't feel like I'm in control of anything that i do. I just sit in my head and watch myself and when I'm by myself that's when I'm in control. It scares me, i don't black out or anything i just feel like I'm on autopilot. When I'm angry i can't control my temper at all. I need help before i end up locked up in a padded cell!! I create my own reality and reject the truth for as long as possible, that really scares me because i never realize it until I'm forced to see what really happened. Well I'm done rambling, does anybody know about a free online clinic that i can get help from??

Hi there and welcome to the forum
Here are a couple of online sites that might help you.
Try them out and let us know if they help.  If not, most mental health facilities work on a sliding scale which means that you pay according to your income.  And it may only be about five or ten dollars.  So check that out too.
It sounds like you have some health anxiety.  We have a wonderful anxiety forum if that is the case.  Post on there and here if you want to.
Take care, I hope that you feel better.
Hugs, Karen
