I know I'm not the only person out here that feels this way!
I have been in this relationship for about 12 years I have known
Him since 7th grade, I guess u can say he was my first crush and
Have always likes him. We then met up again when we was in our
20's went out a few times still had a big crush
Years went by and we met up again and I ended up preg. At 32
Everything went down hill from there.
While I was preg.he came home one night drunk and cussing me out
That night I lost all respect for him and did not care what happen
We have had our up and downs but 12 years later I am over
It and wish he would go away for good. He hardley works and
Is now on probation for DUI I work every day at a cancer
Center and take care of all the bills and him and our 11 year old boy
Nobody seems to want to spend time with me but expects me
To pay for everything. I no I bring this all on myself and need
Him to get out of my life, but I'm to nice just want to be happy.
Does anyone no how I feel? Just need someone to vent to

getting by

It truly sounds like you are getting taken advantage of. What is stopping you from going out on your own, or asking him to leave? Do you go to any counseling for this situation? It would help you get stronger so that you aren't taken advantage of. It sounds like he is verbally abusive to you when he drinks. You don't deserve that. He should have a job too. Learn to speak up for yourself when things aren't fair. And learn to love yourself. You don't deserve to be treated this way. You are much better than that. Know that you will have respect and kindness here. I am glad that you vented and I hope it made you feel better. You are a good person and you will find support here.

Take care, keep posting.

Hugs, Karen
