Jamie: Right now you are pretty much in "survival mode" , which means that you should be only focusing on yourself. Whatever you need to do to help yourself either feel better, study, etc. I hope you still post to let us know how you're doing and let US help YOU. You know we're going to be here waiting for you when you're ready. Just take your time!

am still awaiting an appt with the the sleep dr. still away. however i noticed the obstructive sleep apnoea last night. had the worst hypo ever as well. 1.2, couldn't see. ate a packet of bickies to get my bsl up. came close to calling an ambulance. couldn'rt see my reading, all i saw was a 1 and i freaked. been getting giddy and falling over, not my bp, dr has asked me to watch it. dr and i did my mental health plan reveiw so i can see my therapist for a bit longer. my dr saw how tired i was and agrees that a cpap machine looks likely. will have to hire one if required, they are frightfully expensive. have done some study, more tomorrow. still on school holidays. sleep is non existant at the moment so i am having little ones during the day. am tired, thought i would check in. a lot on my mind, albeit i am working through it. take care you guys. jamie

Jamie: I know this is much easier said than done, but do whatever you have to do to feel better. I hope you are able to get the machine and it can provide you with some relief.

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for posting an update. I am so happy about your loan. I can't wait for you to get a new computer. I know you have been wanting one. I am sorry about your brother and sister. I will keep them in my prayers. I hope that you feel better soon.

Hang in there Jamie. We are all here for you.

Hi Jamie. I know and understand that you need this time for yourself to do what you need to do to feel better. But I want you to know that I do miss you. Despite your struggles you always seem to find the positive in life and that brightens up my days too.

So I am continuing to send positive thoughts your way and hope that you are feeling at least a little relief.

Take Care and (((((((((((hugs))))))))))))!
