Hi Bugzzy,

I hope that we can help you. Have you talked to anybody about your depression? A doctor, or a counselor? That is usually what people do when they get depressed. Coming here for support is good too.

Did your relationship with your boyfriend make you feel over whelmed or too much drama or what? Did you just feel the desire to be alone? A lot of us spend a lot of time alone as it seems overwhelming just to be around people. Is that how you are feeling?

I think it would be good for you to see a doctor and get a physical to make sure nothing else is going on and talk about therapy and medications. If you catch this early enough, hopefully the therapy will help you to feel better. Hopefully you wont need meds.

I wish you the best. Keep post and know that we do care. The forum is really slow on the weekends. But picks up during the week.

Hugs, Karen

Bugzzy,

I wanted to welcome you to The Healingwell Site. This is an amazing forum and community. Everyone truly offers support, caring, listening and advice when you want it. I'm sorry that you are struggling with some stuff, but I can empathize with you.

Are you seeing a Therapist or Psychiatrist? Or any professional in this field? Do you have any support from family or any friends at all?

Wishing only the best for you.
Your Healingwell Friend,
Serenitee

I hope that you are feeling well. Feel free to start your own thread to introduce yourself if you feel comfortable with that.
