There are also names and numbers in the depression resources at the top of the page. Check them out and see if they can help you.

Do you actually have pain in your chest, or are you talikng about pain in your heart because of her???

Is there any chance that you two could get together and discuss the changes that you hae made? Why not try to get together and talk maybe over dinner or a movie. Or even just a cup of coffee. I think she needs to know that you have made changes in you life and that you feel you are a different person. Maybe make a list of what all is different and how it has effected you. See what she thinks about it, but be ready to plead your case. Come prepared.

I am glad that you are feeling better talking about things. That is what really helps. I am so sorry you are so far apart. That does make it hard. But know that if you are meant to be together you will.

I have fibromyalgia Steve and I have pain in my shoulders and my left arm. I would talk to the doc about that.

Keep your chin up. Likie I said, if it is meant to be it will. I am glad that you are posting. It really helps to get your thoughts put down. It clears your mind and makes you feel better. So please continue posting to us.
