Sorry this may be kinda long...
Im new to the website & have turned here for hopefully some advice about what to do.
I'm 15 years old & having alot of problems mostly at school. I dont get bullied or anything along the lines of that, but i used to have alot of friends and quite popular in my year and go out pretty much everyday after school.
I've recently lost alot of friends, just because they seem to of found better offers and forgotten i even existed, which means i never really go out or leave the house anymore.
I seem to get very emotional and angry about everything and with anyone, including my family, which i feel bad about as my mum is trying to help but doesn't know what to do either. As im going into Year 11 at school, i will have even more stress from exams & i dont want this to effect my results.
Im considering going to see a counsellor or someone to get help, but if i dont even know why i feel like this, how am i meant to explain to someone else what the problem is? im scared that i will just have a breakdown and it will be useless and i'll be back to square one.
Any advice would be appreciated!

To be honest with you, if you do break down, it gives the counselor something to work with. Don't be afraid of counseling, tell them what you told us.

Being a teen is hard. You have so many new things to deal with. You are on your way to being an adult and you go through a lot of emotions. Just try to take this one day at a time. Do see a counselor. I would have suggested that even if you wouldn't have mentioned it. I go and it is the best thing that I have ever done. I am always feeling better afterwards.

Keep your chin up. Friends come and go in life. You will have many more. But to have one true one is fortunate.

Stay sweet. Stay just the way that you are. You sound like a nice perwon and that is very important.

Keep posting.

Hugs, Karen

I hope that some of these help you.  Atleast until you get some counseling.
