Jamie, I hope your appointment with the shrink goes well for you. Is this shrink someone you feel a connection with? And has he or she helped you in the past? If you are not sleeping I think as Karen said, ask for a different med to help you. Not sleeping is not good for you when you have other issues to work out. I am thinking of you and hope you get the help you need.
Sending prayers too.

Hugs,

Aurora

Hi Jamie: I've been thinking of you. I know it has only been a day and med changes take time but just wondering how you're feeling.

Keep hanging in there!

Jamie: I'm glad that the sleep is a bit better after just one day. Hopefully, with more time and as your body gets adjusted it will get better.

Any more updates on your brother?

cass, bro is demanding but better mum tells me. i spoke with him today seems much improved. still on the community treatment order-reveiwed at the end of the month-also he has been doing gardening at his local community centre which is really good, soon he will be engaging in psycho-social rehab and counselling along with gambling and alcohol help programs. am proud of is intent. it all looks good. he might be paying me a visit on the w/e-unless i go down to mums-which i might do as they are short of a buck. thx 4 caring. jamie
