Hey, I fought that morning depression. I felt it but I stood up against it. It was tough, a few tears fell but I didn't let it break me down for hours like it has been. I was kind of gloomy during the day and now that it is bedtime it is trying to take over, so I decided to talk about how I fought back. I also went to the moodgym site. I am trying to alter my thoughts. I didn't do too well with that because I am so consumed with the breakup and longing. But tomorrow is another day and if I could fight it one day maybe I can do it again.

Stillme,

I am glad that you are fighting the morning depression. I am always worse in the mornings until my meds kick in. It is hard. I do better in the evenings. But keep fighting, you will win. Glad you checked out moodgym. I hope that it can help you.

Hugs, Karen
