Hi I would like to tell everyone about binaural beats that have been helping me so much when I need to sleep.

If you dont know what binaural beats are, it is basically two slightly different wave forms that when heard together your brain makes a new one up and that third beat stimulates brain waves.

I found a free app for my iphone/ipod touch (although i would turn off the ambient sounds they are not so good) and I use the mediation option in bed for an hour or 2 and helps me so much to forget and fall asleep.

Just search for binaural beats and hopefully you will find something for you.

take care
